Theory of Change Builder

I built this tool because I was tired of overcomplicated logic models that only evaluators could love. The Theory of Change Builder is a lightweight, visual way to map how your work leads to impact. It's designed for people who need to communicate that logic clearly to funders, partners, or boards.

This version is still in testing. I’m looking for feedback on what’s intuitive, what’s confusing, and what’s missing. Does the flow make sense? Are the categories (inputs, outputs, outcomes, etc.) too rigid or just right? Would you use this in a real-world setting and, if not, what would make it more useful?
